To make your virtual calls, the Hotmart platform allows you to use a Zoom account for your video calls.
During the registration of your Online Services product, you will find the option Integration with Zoom, where you must provide your Zoom account data for the process to be carried out.
Step 1 - Create a Zoom account:
If you already have a Zoom account, you can now skip to Step 2. But if you don't already have one, just follow the steps below:
1 - Access the Zoom website to create your account (https://zoom.us/signup)
2 - Enter your date of birth and click Continue
3 - Enter your email and click send
4 - Now, look for the Zoom confirmation message that was sent to your email and click on Activate Account
5 - You will be redirected to a Zoom page where you must complete the requested information
All set! Now that you have a Zoom account, you can use it to perform your virtual services and integrate it with your Online Services product.
Step 2 - Integrate your Zoom account with the Hotmart platform
With your Zoom account created, now you need to integrate it to the Hotmart platform as shown below:
Step 3 - Install Zoom on your phone, table, or computer
To get the best experience, you should install the Zoom app on the device you will use to make your calls.
On your tablet or phone, just download the Zoom app from your app store: Android and iOS

How does scheduling via Zoom work?
When making the purchase, your customer will receive a confirmation email containing the link to the room generated in the integration of Zoom with the Hotmart platform. This link will also be sent to you, with confirmation of the appointment. On the scheduled date and time, access the Zoom room link to provide your service.
Recommendations for use
Remember to always ensure the best experience for you and your customer. Do simple things like use headphones and set yourself up in a quiet place to have the video call without interference.
Make sure you have a stable connection by accessing the event over the WiFi network and staying connected from start to finish. If the call ends due to a weak connection, simply access the same link again. Test your audio and make sure your microphone is on or off when necessary.
How do I cancel the integration with Zoom?
In the same way that you made the integration, it is possible to disconnect the Zoom account from your Hotmart account. To do so, just follow the steps below:
1 - Log in to your Hotmart account (https://app-vlc.hotmart.com/login)
2 - In the left side menu, go to Tools
3 - In the Tools screen, go to Integrations and choose the option Zoom
4 - Now just click on Delete Integration
