Below, you can check out the tutorial with all the steps to set up Zapier with the Hotmart platform and the application of your choice, which could be an email marketing or CRM provider, for example.
Integration with Zapier
- To set up the integration Zapier, log in to the Hotmart platform, click on Tools, on the left side menu, and then on Integrations
- Find Zapier and click on it
- You will be directed to your Zapier account login
- On the Zapier platform, look for "Make a Zap"
- Select the Hotmart application (1.0.0) and then the event
- The events available for integration are:
- Request events;
- Cart abandonment;
- Plan an exchange event;
- Registration cancellation event. - On the Hotmart platform, look for WebHook (Tools> API and notifications). In the documentation tab, you have access to the details of each event attribute
- Select the Hotmart account (1.0.0) and click Continue
- You must now allow Zapier to access your Hotmart data. The field for Connection Name is just a Hotmart connection identifier in the Zapier application.
- Access the Hotmart platform by clicking on the link https://app-vlc.hotmart.com/login
- In the left menu, click on Tools and then on Hotconnect 2
- Click Credentials. In this step, you must create a credential
- Click on the three dots and then on Authentication Parameters
- On the next screen you can see Client ID, Client Secret and Basic
- The next step is to configure your application with Zapier
- Choose product
- Then, select the events
- Define a name for the event
- And click Continue
- On the next screen, click Test & Continue
- Choose the application you want to integrate
- Select the events. The fields may vary depending on the application chosen for integration. Select the fields and then click Continue
- Authenticate with your application
- Click Retest & Continue
- Finally, click on the OFF/ON button on the Zapier platform to enable or disable the integration.
