In the daily rush to get so many things done, it’s normal to lose track of some things. So, if you created an account on the Hotmart platform but now can’t remember the email you used or just can’t seem to access your course, in this article we’re going to help you out with this little snafu as quickly as possible.
Not being able to access course on Hotmart could be because of a few things, like:
Email entered incorrectly
Time period to access the product has ended
Missed subscription payment
Before anything else, reset your password
The first tip we have for you is to reset your account password and try to log in again. This could work and be the quick-fix you're looking for.

You could have entered your email incorrectly when registering
Don’t worry! It happens to the best of us.
It’s common to hit a wrong key or leave out a character or symbol by mistake. If the problem is that you put your email incorrectly when registering or purchasing, you can’t access your account or maybe you never got an email with the access info after purchasing.

The time period to access the product ended
A lot of products on our platform have an end date for access, which is set by the Producer. So, not every product purchased has lifetime access, which is to say, products with no end-date.
It could also be that you tried accessing your product and a message appeared informing you that you don’t have permission to enter the Members Area.
In this case, most of the time it means that the time period to access your course was limited to a set period that has now ended, leading to you being automatically blocked from the product.
As this is something that is set up by the Producer, we suggest that you get in touch with them directly to see if they could extend your access a little longer so that you can finish the course. If not, maybe they can make a special deal with you so that both sides win.
Anyway about it, it’s worth a try. You can find the Producer’s contact info on the sales page or on the payment page of the product.
If you product is a subscription, you might have missed a payment
Hotmart Producers can also register a digital product in a subscription format. This setup allows recurring payments charged to the buyer monthly, bimonthly, semestral or annually. In this model, the buyer only has access to the product when the latest payment has been made according to the subscription plan defined by the Producer.
In this case, if the subscription payment doesn’t go through for some reason (transaction not approved, or you canceled your credit card), your subscription access will be automatically blocked. You’ll just need to figure out the reason and resolve things to get your access unblocked.
