Your registration is a way to make the platform safer for everyone, while also enabling you to receive commissions for your sales.
When your registration is being filled out, your home country is automatically entered according to the IP address of your device (computer, mobile phone, tablet, etc.).
If your country of origin doesn’t match the country that was automatically entered, you can change it to the correct country, but there are a few conditions.

Foreign country to another foreign country
If the country that was identified isn’t Brazil and you also reside (and pay taxes) in a foreign country, it’s necessary that:
- your bank account hasn’t been approved on our platform, so you can change the country of registration
Foreign country to Brazil
If the country that was identified isn’t Brazil, but you live (and pay taxes) in Brazil, it’s necessary that:
- your bank account hasn’t been approved on our platform yet
- and that you haven’t made any financial transactions so it’s still possible to change the country.
Brazil to a foreign country
If the country identified is Brazil, but you live (and pay taxes) in a foreign country, it’s necessary that:
- your bank account hasn’t been approved on our platform yet

that you haven’t created a product yet

you haven’t registered a product offer in BRL
-
you haven’t affiliated to any product whose currency is BRL
-
you don’t have an account balance in BRL
In case you don’t fit any of the situations above, but still need to alter the country in your account, please email our support so we can assess your situation.
