What happens when a Producer changes the price or the commission of a product after it has been made available?
If you make a product available and try to change its price or commission after that, the new price will be on hold for 3 days before being applied to the product. During this period, all Affiliates that are promoting that product will receive an email notifying them of the changes made, because that will affect their sale commissions. Therefore, Affiliates can assess their campaigns and/or reevaluate their interest in continuing to promote your product.
What happens when a Producer deletes a product?
Likewise, when a product is deleted, it takes 3 days for its exclusion to come into effect. All Affiliates are notified the moment the Producer requests the exclusion of the product so that they can interrupt their campaigns and adjust their websites. After 3 days, when the product is, in fact, excluded, the Affiliate’s links will no longer work.
Can I edit the Product files after it has been made available?
Yes, whenever you need.
How many products can I make available?
There is no limit for a number of products at your Hotmart account! You can make as many products available as you wish and you will pay nothing whatsoever to do that. Just be aware of the rules for the approval of products on the Terms of use, that prohibit pornographic content, copyright infringement, or any other content that is banned by the Terms of use.
What is the max limit for the Products’ number of files and their size?
It’s possible to upload 20 files of up to 250MB total.
Can I use Autoresponders on my Sales Page?
Yes! You can use an autoresponder on your sales page. Just make sure the Hotmart pay button is installed in your site so we can trace the Affiliates referrals even if the visitors come from the autoresponder.
