Hotmart’s subscriptions can have different status that will help the buyers, Affiliates and Producers to monitor the students in the system.
The subscription can have the following status:
Started: Your student has issued a bank slip for the first recurring payment, but it hasn’t been confirmed yet.
Active: The last recurrence has been paid and the subscription is ongoing.
Inactive: The first recurrence’s payment hasn’t been confirmed/approved.
Delayed: Your client’s last recurrence is delayed and the subscription is still ongoing.
Overdue: The subscription period is over. The recurrences may have all been paid or there could be one or more overdue.
Canceled by Administrator: The subscription was canceled by Hotmart’s Support team.
Canceled by Client: The subscription was cancelled by the buyer.
Canceled by the Seller: The subscription was canceled by you, the Producer, or by your colaborator. As a Producer, you can view more information about the transactions and buyers on the Sales history. Here is how to access it:
1. Log in to your Hotmart account on: https://www.hotmart.com/login
2. On the side bar, click on Sales
3. Tap on Overview
4. Click on the tab Subscriptions
5. Choose and apply filters, located on right side of the page, to access the search results.
