Individual Affiliate

The activity carried out by the AFFILIATE is classified as leasing virtual space for advertising, not subject to receipt issuance. The PRODUCER of each item promoted must be declared as the paying source. The producer's details can be seen on their receipts and in the Earnings Report made available by Hotmart.

 

Legal Entity Affiliate

The activity carried out by the AFFILIATE is classified as leasing virtual space for advertising, not subject to invoice issuance.  The PRODUCER of each item promoted must be declared as the paying source. The producer's details can be seen on their receipts and in the Earnings Report made available by Hotmart.

 

Legal Entity Producer

Depending on the nature of the item sold, the merchant may have to issue invoices for goods or services, as appropriate. The amount featured on the invoice must be equal to the amount paid by the customer.  We recommend you speak to a professional accountant to find out about your legal obligations, which may vary according to the specific situation and location.
