How does the Hotmart subscription service work?

Hotmart offers a product subscription service. You can select a product and pay monthly fees to have access to it. You can use your credit card to pay the monthly fees.

Credit card payments will be carried out automatically every month. You will be contacted via e-mail if there are any issues with your payment. The system may block your access to the product if you miss one of the monthly payments.

If you have any problems paying for your subscription with a credit card, you can find out what happened by talking to our Support Team. In some situations, you might need to change the card registered and have a new charge made. In order to do this you must:

 

  1. Log into your Hotmart account using the link https://www.hotmart.com/login
  2. Click on ORDERS on the superior menu and select the option My Subscriptions.
  3. Go to your subscription product. In the last column, on the corner, there will be a paper & pencil icon. Click on it. You will be taken to a new checkout screen, where you must enter information about the new card.
  4. Enter the credit card details and click on "Change payment method". Remember, changing the payment method will cost you $1.00. This amount will be discounted from your first installment and later refunded.
  5. Once the alteration is made, contact our Support Team to request a new charge to regularize payments.

  4. Nessa tela de detalhes da compra, você deve clicar no ícone de código de barras e um novo boleto será gerado em cerca 5 minutos para você.
  5. Aguarde o tempo informado e os ícones da mensalidade irão alterar, clique na lupa para visualizar o boleto ou cliquei nas faixas azuis para expirá-lo.

Can I change the billing date for my subscription payments?

Yes, you can change the billing date for your subscription anytime. However, this change will only be applicable to the payment for the following month. To do this, you must:

 

  1. Log into your Hotmart account using the link https://www.hotmart.com/login
  2. Click on ORDERS on the superior menu and select the option My Subscriptions.
  3. Click on the calendar icon at the end of the line with your subscription details. You will be able to select the new date on the next screen.

 

How do I cancel my subscription?

Cancelling a subscription means you will lose access to the product. You must also remember that cancelling a subscription does not imply receiving a refund for subscription fee payments. If you would like to receive a refund, you must make a refund request. To cancel a subscription, you must: 

 

  1. Log into your Hotmart account using the link https://www.hotmart.com/login
  2. Click on ORDERS on the superior menu and select the option My Subscription.
  3. Click on the red (X) at the end of the line with details about your subscription. Your subscription will be cancelled.

 

How do I reactivate a subscription?

You can reactivate your subscription any time! Just follow the steps below:

 

  1. Log into your Hotmart account using the link https://www.hotmart.com/login.
  2. Click on ORDERS on the superior menu and select the option My Subscriptions.
  3. Look at the Actions option. You will see two arrows. The green arrow can be used to simply reactivate the subscription. Payments will begin in the next payment cycle, on the same billing date as used before. The blue arrow is for reactivation and new charge. This option will reactivate your account and create a new charge.
