4 actions every Producer needs to know about to optimize her customer service.

This article intends to approach 4 daily actions of great importance for Producers, which can make it easier their work routine. Just follow the steps below :)

1 - Resend the product’s access information

  1. Login to your Hotmart account through this link;
  2. Click on “Sales” on the left side menu;
  3. Select the Transaction you want (use the filters to find the specific transaction more easily);
  4. In the field “Actions”, click on “Manage” (pencil icon);
  5. Access the top menu “Purchase Information”;
  6. Finally, click on “Re send Access”.

2 - Request and accept the refund of a purchase

  1. Login to your Hotmart account through this link;
  2. Click on “Sales”, on the left side menu;
  3. Select the Transaction you want (use the filters to find the specific transaction more easily);
  4. In the field “Actions”, click on “Request Refund”;
  5. Finally, click on “Yes” on the confirmation box that pops up and the refund will be made.

If the purchase already has the status “claimed”, just find the specific transaction and then click on:

  1. Manage” (pencil icon);
  2. “Actions”;
  3. “Accept refund”.

3 - Cancel the buyer’s subscription

  1. Login to your Hotmart account through this link;
  2. Click on “Sales”, on the left side menu;
  3. On the top menu, click “Subscriptions”;
  4. Select the Transaction you want (use the filters to find the specific transaction more easily);
  5. In the field “Actions”, click on “Manage” (pencil icon);
  6. Finally, click “Cancel Subscription”.

If the subscription has already been cancelled, and both Producer and buyer decide to reactivate it, just follow the steps below:

4 - Re-activate and charge the buyer’s subscription again

  1. Login to your Hotmart account through this link;
  2. Click on “Sales”, on the left side menu;
  3. On the top menu, click “Subscriptions”;
  4. Select the Transaction you want (use the filters to find the specific transaction more easily);
  5. In the field “Actions”, click on “Manage” (pencil icon);
  6. Finally, click “Re-activate” or “Reactivate and Charge”.
