Commission tracking through sales history operates on the side of Cookies tracking and HotLeads tracking. It happens when the Affiliation code of a transaction is not identified.
Whenever the buyer purchases a product straight from the Producer’s HotLink and the participation of an Affiliate is not found in that purchase (via Cookies or HotLeads), the history in our system verifies if this buyer has already attempted to buy from this same Producer in one of these status: Cancelled, Started, Bank Slip Printed, Approved, or Completed. If the purchase attempt is found and is within the length of the Affiliate Cookie, this buyer is associated to the Affiliate.
This is another way of valuing the Affiliates’ work and ensure commissions are attributed properly!
